Turnaround
All orders are dispatched from the USA and shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Times are estimated at 2 to 5 working days within the USA, although in some extreme cases delivery can take up to 7 days.
Delivery Times are estimated to be up to 10 working days when shipping outside of the USA. We aim to get your order to you within 5 working days for International Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days to USA and 21 working days to Europe and Overseas, after you receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order, please contact Customer Care via cc@cyclods-evolution.com
Carriers
We use USPS to deliver our orders in the USA and FexEx to deliver orders to our International Customers.
Order Tracking
When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information within 48 hours.
Shipping Rates
All orders within the USA are FREE. Orders outside the US are from £13.97 . Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Customs duty for international packages
Customers are responsible for the possible Customs duty charged by your country Customs department. We are not responsible for the Customs duty.
Returns
To return a faulty or unwanted item to CycloDS-Evolution.com, please send an email with your name, address, order no., item description, item value and reason for return to our customer care department: cc@cyclods-evolution.com for return authorization.
Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email.
Once you have confirmation from us to return, simply send the item(s) back to the address we will email you upon your request for a refund.
Refunds
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND REGISTERED POST ONLY.
We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund back to your credit card within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please note that our returns policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.
