Turnaround
All orders are dispatched from the UK. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, unless otherwise stated.
Due to the Christmas rush, your order will be dispatched within approximately 4-5 days.
Delivery Times are estimated at 2 to 5 working days within the U.K all though in some extreme cases delivery can take up to 7 days. And 5 to 7 working days across Europe. Overseas orders may take upwards of 7 to 10 working days.
If your order has not arrived within (15 working days to UK and 21 working days to Europe and Overseas) after you receive an email from us informing you that your item(s) have been shipped please contact Customer Care via cc@cyclods-evolution.com

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
All orders within the United Kingdom are FREE. Orders outside the UK are from £3.49 . Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns
To return a faulty or unwanted item to CycloDS-Evolution.com, please send an email with your name, address, order no., item description, item value and reason for return to our customer care department: cc@cyclods-evolution.com for return authorisation.
Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email.
Once you have confirmation from us to return, simply send the item(s) back to the following address:

Refunds
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND REGISTERED POST ONLY.
We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund back to your credit card within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please note that our returns policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.
